The service is provided by Equinox Maintenance Ltd. and covers a full range of IT equipment, such as PCs, laptops, Apple Macs, printers and scanners. Whenever a fault arises, the service includes parts, labour, and an Equinox engineer will visit on the next business day (UK Mainland).
IT Services have negotiated preferential rates for University Institutions, Colleges and associated institutions. University members, including students, can also take advantage of the service to cover their privately owned equipment. To set up cover, all Equinox require is the manufacturer, model & serial number, as well as the user and billing contact details.
