Getting help and support

This document describes how to get help and support relating to Registration questions.

1. Can you answer your query yourself?

The IT Services self-registration pages contain a number of self-service options which may answer your query.

2. Can your local IT Support staff answer your query?

Your local IT support staff have more options available to them. They may be able to answer your query.

3. Contact the IT Services Help Desk

If you need further assistance, please contact the Help Desk by phone or email in the first instance. An appointment is required for a personal visit between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday - Friday.
