Site Manager Training Sessions
Publishers will be granted access to Site Manager after attending a one-day training course. Training courses run every six weeks and take place at IT Services' offices at Hythe Bridge street. If you wish to attend a training course, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, confirming the following details:
- First name
- SSO/WebAuth ID (e.g. admn1111)
- Role in Site Manager (moderator, contributor)
- Website (access required to)
Requests must be confirmed by the departmental manager responsible for the site(s) the publisher will be publishing content to. Confirmation of requests should be sent by email to email@example.com.

The Site Manager user's mailing list
If you are trying to workout how to use a template or can't remember how to do something then the best place to ask for help is the users' mailing list.
The address of the mailing list is firstname.lastname@example.org. To subscribe to the list, please send a (blank) email to email@example.com. You will then be sent a confirmation email. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in order to complete your subscription to the mailing list.
