The online shop facility is also the method by which IT Services takes payment for services such as hardware repairs. Please note that due to licence agreement restrictions the IT Services Shop is only available from the Oxford University network. University members not directly connected to the University network need to use the VPN service to connect to the network before visiting the shop.
Orders are normally processed during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays except for Bank Holidays and the Christmas closure period.
