Computer hardware breakdown service

The Equinox computer hardware breakdown service covers a full range of IT equipment, such as PCs, laptops, Apple Macs, printers and scanners. The service includes parts and labour, and whenever a fault arises, an Equinox engineer will visit on the next business day (UK Mainland). IT Services have negotiated preferential rates for University Institutions, Colleges and associated institutions. University members, including students, can also take advantage of the service to cover their privately owned equipment. All Equinox requires to set up cover is the manufacturer, model & serial number, as well as the user and billing contact details.
