IT Support Staff

Those involved in IT support in the University should join the IT Support Staff Register.

Registered IT Support Staff (ITSS) can make requests to IT Services on behalf of their users. They also have access to IT Support Staff registration for users in their units including:

  • generate Activation or Rescue codes for SSO accounts
  • update personal email routings
  • request additional accounts
  • request and manage additional unit email addresses
  • information listings
  • restricted software
  • requesting additional Nexus quota (free and paid-for)
