Configuring Mail on Windows 10

Set up Nexus365 email on Mail app in Windows 10

NOTE: You may at some point during setup, be presented with our Webauth / Single-Sign-On window, in which case enter your SSO username asĀ usual - just the four letters + four numbers - and your SSO password, and click "Login" then "Continue".

Open Mail >> Click "Accounts" [left] then click "Add account" [right], then select "Exchange"

Select account type

Enter your Oxford email address and click "Next"


Enter your SSO password and click "Sign in"

When prompted, enter your SSO username in the format abcd1234@OX.AC.UK [capital OX.AC.UK required] and click "Sign in"

When you get the message "Something went wrong", click "Advanced"

Enter your username again in the format abcd1234@OX.AC.UK and the server address as:

You can name the account whatever you wish - e.g. Oxford.

Then click "Sign in"

Server details

You will see a message telling you that the account has been set up. Click Done
