Nexus365 is the University’s instance of the cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 service. Centrally managed by IT Services, it provides email, calendaring and access to a number of other Office 365 applications including OneDrive for Business, Teams, Forms, Delve and Skype for Business.
If you have a Nexus365 email account, you will automatically have access to the other Nexus365 tools available within the University.
IT Services will monitor new apps being introduced by Microsoft as part of Office 365 and decide whether they should be made available as part of the Nexus365 service.

Basic support is provided for the other available functionality including Delve, Teams, Groups, Skype for Business.

All data in Nexus365 apps is very secure. Everything stored in the cloud is stored in an encrypted format. Encryption increases security because all data will need to be cracked before an intruder or someone without the correct access can read the information.
