19/03/20: Adobe saying that with regards to the lab access for students:
Students must be part of the org (admin console) to be entitled, so institutions should upload their impacted student users into their Admin Console. We recommend that institutions also entitle their students with a Spark entitlement, as this will unlock access to storage and other services. Admins should ensure that students can access their school log-in page off-campus.
It would be added as a named user license on console and then admin has to assign licenses to the students.
The updates will be provided to all the admins by 20th March.
