This line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please have your University Card to hand. We will endeavor to fix your problem straight away, if we need to see you to resolve the issue, we will arrange a convenient appointment.
Online(SSO required), if you don't have an SSO you can email the Service Desk using this link which will open up in your default mail client, please include details such as the software being used and any error messages. You should never include passwords in a message.
Technical assistance from the Service Desk is available only for current members of the University of Oxford. You can check your service entitlement here.
