How to redact PDF content

Use Kofax Power PDF Advanced to securely redact information in PDF files

Method 

  1. Open your PDF file in Kofax Power PDF Advanced*
  2. From the Security ribbon choose Mark Redaction
  3. Drag to select a region you want to redact, then click Apply Redaction
  4. Repeat for any additional regions
  5. Save your PDF, using a different file name if you may need access to the unredacted file in future

*Kofax Power PDF Advanced is available from the Oxford Applications Installer on managed staff desktops, and licensed for use on other university PCs.
