CONNECT network drives provide access to shared file storage for users of our managed PC services and our Research File Service.
These drives will normally show up automatically when using a managed staff PC on-site, and should show up within a few minutes of activating Oxford VPN when working remotely.
To use network drives to access the Research File Service, or if you are using a self-managed device, then you will need to configure them manually.
Notice: Mapped drives in the CONNECT Remote Desktop Service
If your normal mapped drives are not available in the CONNECT Remote Desktop service then please contact the Service Desk.
