We help University of Oxford members get the most out of IT and deal with requests and problems when they arise.
The Service Desk is one part of a support network across the University offering help and advice. We focus on those services run by IT Services and help you with passwords and accounts.
To contact the Service Desk:
- For urgent queries and 24/7 support, phone 01865 (6)12345 (please have your University Card to hand)
- For specific queries relating to multi-factor authentication select Option 2 from the list of phone options
- You can contact us online via IT self service (Single-Sign On required, you may be prompted for multi-factor authentication as well)
- If you do not have an Single-Sign On, you can use this form to contact the Service Desk. Please include details such as the software being used and any error messages. You should never include passwords in a message. Online requests will be processed between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays
Account management services such as issuing rescue/activation codes and setting email delegation rights are only possible during the core hours of 8:30am to 5pm weekdays (not including bank holidays).
