How to access Nexus365 email via the Web

Access your email and calendar with Outlook on the Web

Public or shared computers

If you access your account on a public or shared device, you must sign out fully when you finish. Select your initials or photograph in the top right corner, sign out, then follow the instructions displayed.

 

 

  1. In a web browser, go to Outlook on the Web
  2. At the sign in page, provide your username in the format abcd1234@ox.ac.uk, then your single sign-on (SSO) password
  3. You may be prompted for multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • When you first sign in you will be asked to set your language and time zone
  • The Nexus365 web portal also provides access to OneDrive, Teams, Forms and other Nexus365 tools
  • You can also set up email applications on your devices
