Mailbox: email, calendars and contacts
- Visit Web Outlook Options > General > Storage
Your available storage and current usage are shown at the top. The largest folders are shown, and a list of all folders with their sizes is included.
OneDrive, OneNote and Whiteboards
- Visit https://portal.office.com/, select App launcher > OneDrive
- Choose Settings > OneDrive settings > More Settings > Storage Metrics
Your available storage and current usage are shown in the top right. You can browse through your OneDrive folders to see the total space used by that folder and its contents (including any subfolders). The files and folders you see in OneDrive will be listed, along with a number of special folders containing data from other applications:

Microsoft Teams
You must be an Owner of the team you want to view storage information for.
- In any channel for the team, choose Files > Open in SharePoint
- In the web page that opens, choose Settings > Site Information > View all site settings > Storage Metrics
- Under the Documents folder you will find a folder corresponding to the Files tab in each channel. The total spaced used by each folder and its contents (including any subfolders) is shown
Other content stored in Teams SharePoint sites
- Files shared via channel meetings
- Recordings of channel meetings
- Channel notebooks
Related content not stored in Teams SharePoint sites
- Files shared via non-channel meetings (such as 1-2-1 chat and calendar meetings) are stored in and counted under the OneDrive storage of the person who shared them
- Recordings of non-channel meetings (such as calendar meetings) are stored in and counted under the OneDrive storage of the person who shared them
- Calendar is stored in your Outlook mailbox
SharePoint
You must be an Owner of the SharePoint site you want to view storage information for.
- Open the SharePoint site, choose Files > Open in SharePoint
- In the web page that opens, choose Settings > Site Information > View all site settings > Storage Metrics
- Under the Documents folder you will find a folder corresponding to the Files tab in each channel. The total spaced used by each folder and its contents (including any subfolders) is shown
Forms, PowerAutomate and other apps
We are not currently aware of any means to view storage use.
