Fix display cut-out when projecting from Apple Mac

Symptoms

With an Apple Mac connected to an external projector via HDMI, the display cuts out after a few seconds. The same projection system works reliably when using a PC.

Solution

1. Disable HDCP authentication on the first device that the Mac connects to
2. If the first device that the Mac connects to does not support configuration of this option, then purchase an additional device to insert at the start of the chain such as the Extron EDID 101H 4K Plus or Lightware DCX-2x1-HC10
