How to set up Sky WiFi in your unit


  1. Read the Public WiFi Service Level Description and ensure that this is suitable for your needs, and that you are ready to meet all the requirements

  2. Request service provision by email, ensuring that you confirm:
    · The premises that you want provision to be made at, including address, type and number of clients for each
    · The type of access required
    · Commitment to pay the connection charge and monthly fee for the duration of the contract (36 months, pro rata)

  3. Provide a purchase order for the amount outstanding when requested

Further information

IT Services will support local ITSS (or an equivalent network administrator role) in the installation, configuration and billing for the service. Please note that commissioning can take up to 120 days. 

ITSS should report any problems to the service desk in the first instance.
