Login attempts for your remote access account will be displayed. A successful login will show "Access-Accept" in the Reply field.

A failed login will show "Access-Reject" in the Reply field. The "Rejection reason" field will typically contain "response is incorrect" when the username and password don't validate.

Please contact your local IT team for further advice if required.

Note for IT support staff

For privacy reasons local ITSS cannot access the logs for other users. You will need to ask the user to access their logs and share these with you. In exceptional circumstances where this is not possible then contact our service desk for assistance.
