Arranging a meeting in Teams
Use Teams to conduct remote meetings using audio, video, and sharing both inside and outside of the University
You can use a Teams meeting to conduct remote meetings using the audio, video, and sharing capabilities of Teams. This is a great way to come together with your colleagues both inside and outside of the University. Read our Top Tips on Running Webinars in Teams.
Arranging a Teams meeting is a similar process to arranging a meeting or appointment in your Nexus365 calendar. A Teams meeting can be arranged using Outlook on (Windows and Mac), Outlook on the Web or through the Teams Application itself.
Recommendation: Use Teams instead of Skype for meetings
Please note the linked Microsoft guidance includes instructions for arranging a Teams or Skype for Business meeting. The recommendation is that you use the Teams meeting option rather than the Skype for Business option for an online meeting.
