Service Desk opening hours are:
- For phone contact via (6)12345 (please have your University Card to hand): available 24/7
- For pre-booked appointments: 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
- For emailed enquiries: these can be sent at any time and will be processed between 8:30am and 5:00pm
Please note: We do not have a walk-in help centre. Initial contact with us should be by phone or email.
