How to change your profile picture in Nexus365

Method 1: Change profile picture using Microsoft Teams

This is the quickest and easiest method for most people.

Follow the Microsoft guide to change your profile picture in Teams.

This will update the profile picture in your Office365 account used across all Nexus365 apps. It works in both the desktop and web versions of Teams.

Method 2: Change profile picture through the Microsoft site

If you are not able to use Teams then this method is a good alternative.

1. Sign in to Outlook on the Web using your username in the format abcd1234@ox.ac.uk and your single sign-on password
2. In the top right corner, select your profile picture or initials
3. In the new box that appears, select your profile picture or initials
4. Select Upload a new photo, then apply the new photo
