Method 1: OneDrive Online
OneDrive for Business is available on the web from any desktop:
Access OneDrive for Business
Method 2: OneDrive Sync Client
You can also view and edit your OneDrive for Business (ODFB) files as if they were on your local PC. Files you open are copied to your PC, and any changes are synchronised back to ODFB cloud storage and your other devices.
- Select the Start button, search for onedrive and select OneDrive (App)
- If you have already set up ODFB on this computer then it will open your OneDrive - Nexus folder so you can browse the files
- If you have not used ODFB on this computer before then follow the prompts to set up ODFB and login
By default, OneDrive on managed staff desktops will keep an offline copy of any files that you access but will not download any other files. If you need offline access to other files or folders then you will need to find them in Windows Explorer, right-click on the file or folder name, and choose Always keep on this device.
