The upgrade is being rolled out in tranches so it may not be available yet. However, if you have received an email advising that you can now upgrade but cannot see Windows 11 in the Software Center:
- Reboot your device, ensuring any outstanding updates are completed
- Select the Windows Start menu, then type software
- Select the Software Center app
- Select Options from the left menu
- Select Computer Maintenance > Sync Policy button
