University hardware purchases must be made via the Oracle Financials Marketplace unless otherwise indicated below. Please also note that you are able to search Marketplace with the part number quoted against each device in the table below. Any queries regarding Marketplace need to be directed to the Financial Services Support Centre, and queries with orders that you have placed need to be directed to your local finance team. The Chorus team has no visibility of orders and does not have access to Oracle.
If your College or associated body does not have access to University systems, please follow the instructions to set up an account with the University's preferred suppliers, Avoira. When placing orders with Avoira, please specify the quoted part number in the description field below. This will help ensure that their orders desk send out the correct hardware. Any questions to do with your account, or orders that you have placed need to be directed to our account manager.

Telephony over Teams devices should be on a separate network segment as per the Infosec baseline. A centrally-provided network for this purpose has yet to be provided, so ITSS will need to implement this locally.
